A Nice area to hang out at. Frank Sinatra Park is a park near Pier A, with views of Manhattan. Built around 1998, it honors Frank Sinatra, who was born in Hoboken. SA curved flat area faces the former site of the World Trade Center. I took this from the parking area by the train station
